We are a professional community counselling service based in Gravesend, Kent offering counselling to individuals and couples. You may be going through a crisis or have become aware of issues that you would like to address and explore.
We are here to help you find ways to make your difficulties more manageable and less overwhelming.
All of our counsellors hold professional qualifications and are registered with national accrediting bodies. We are also Christians motivated by our faith to provide a counselling service that is accessible to all.
How we help you find your way
We can help you explore what is going on if you are struggling with particular relationships or wanting to break free from patterns of unhelpful behaviours that seem hard to change.
Counselling can help you to manage stress in the work place, and provide comfort and support if you are dealing with loss, bereavement, or health problems.
We know it’s not always easy to talk about difficult experiences.
This is why we provide a safe place where you can be supported by people trained to help you.
