Healthcare worker wellbeing check
Are you a healthcare worker? Lighthouse Counselling have been given a grant to offer free wellbeing checks to healthcare workers. This is a one-off 2 hour appointment with one of our qualified counsellors who will work with you to develop a plan to address areas of life affected by stress, such as diet, social interaction, sleep etc. It would also be an opportunity to debrief and take stock of the experience of working in healthcare during the Covid pandemic.
We want to be there for you by offering a safe, confidential space to talk about anything you are struggling with, even if it doesn’t seem directly related to your work.
The only charge for a wellbeing check is a one-off £10 fee at point of application to cover our admin costs, but if that is a problem, please let us know. If you wish to book a wellbeing check please complete the form below:
